What (more) can I say? David, and the crew from My Own Car Guy exceeded all of my expectation! This was the first time that I used a car broker, and I had my moments of hesitation. I went on Facebook to find out what others thought, and everything was glowing, so I gave them a shot. I really didn’t know what kind of car I wanted, and really didn’t want to go to dealer after dealer. I sent a request into the website, and within two hours, I heard from David. He was extremely patient with me, answered 1 million questions, and offered me the opportunity to either come in and meet with him or do things through the Internet. I elected to meet with him a few few days later. He walked me through the entire process, told me everything that they were going to do in order to help me out, and even made recommendations that I had not thought of. They even contacted a wholesaler, found out that I had equity in my car, and that was used to pay off the final payment and some dealer. everything if was transparent. I went with his recommendation for a car, and so far, I have been extremely pleased. There were a few little bumps in the road, certainly not caused by My Own Car Guy, but rather the dealer where they got the car from. After reaching out to, on Christmas Eve, he took care of everything within a few hours he even texted me on Christmas Day to see how things were going. As I said, I had my reservations about working broker, but not anymore. Not only will I be returning to My Own Car Guy in the future, but I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody who is looking for a car and does not want to deal with a dealership or their games and shenanigans. David was excellent. The entire company works great, and it was a seamless process from start to finish.
