I recently purchased my Hyundai Santa Fe through David at My Own Car Guy. Upon receiving the car, I noticed after driving it for a day that the car had a slight smell of smoke. After speaking with David about my concern, he coordinated with the dealership to make it right. The car was brought back to the dealership and detailed and had a cabin filter change. The car came back the next day and is as good as new. You can often measure the integrity of a business when it comes to how they handle problems. This was handled with much care and as a customer I felt prioritized. 😊
